QUICK CHANGE TAP Adaptor with Torque Control

Quick Change Adaptor featured with Torque Control from Falcon toolings delivers high machining and tooling performances. The torque control is designed to enhance the tooling outcome and produce the desired product finish. FWES 2B fitted with Quick Change Tapping Chuck ensures high precision machining is achieved within the desired tolerance limit. The torque control with adaptors is used in the tooling operations on CNC Lathe, CNC Milling, Manual Lathe and Drilling Machines. The tap breakages during the changing of chucks are greatly prevented using Quick Change Tapping Chucks.

FWES 2B torque controller maximizes the continuous lathe machining without losing its running speed and accuracy. The CNC torque control adaptor ensures an accurate product finish with the torque adjustment required for varied machining needs. Compared to normal adaptors, Quick Change Adaptors are designed in such a way that they can be changed quickly without losing their accuracy. FWES 2B Adaptors are suitable to hold the Tap ranging from M5 to M24. Depending on the Shank diameter and Tap square size, the Tap Adaptor is selected.
