 Quick Change Tapping Chunk

Falcon Toolings manufacture HSK DIN 69893 at high quality and thus enhancing the quick change tapping systems to deliver great performance. FWFLK1 and FWFLK2 quick change HSK DIN are featured with extension and compression holding systems. HSK 63f tool holders are designed to deliver reliable performance when used on HSKA50, HSKA63 and HSKA100 taper spindle machines. HSK 63 tool holder is equipped with tapping chucks to prevent the tap breakage that commonly develops during the chuck changes in the machining process.

HSK spindle machine tool holders from Falcon are suitable to use in Right Hand or Left Hand and Horizontal or Vertical applications. HSK tool holders are designed to enhance high precision when it is used for machining centres, special purposes, drilling and milling machines. The cutting pressure in the chucks can be adjusted with HSK DIN 69893 tool holders to start the tapping cycle without any bottlenecks.
