Extension Boring Bar is known as MOD50. The extension bar satisfies the various requirements of boring by adjusting the bar length. MOD50 boring bar has two main functions, Reduction and Expansion of the lengths. These bars are used to increase the machining efficiency and productivity by enabling the required bar length adjustments thus resulting in high accuracy boring and high precision product finish.

  • Falcon quick change tapping chucks type WFLK are mainly used in CNC milling, CNC lathe and in conventional drilling machine.
  • This quick change feature with length compensation is suitable for various adaptors
  • Length compensating quick-change holders available with tension/compression feature that compensates for differences between tap pitch and machine feed.
  • These chucks can be applied vertically & horizontally.
  • These chucks can be used for doing right & left hand threads.
  • The chucks cutting pressure can be adjusted to ensure positive start while staring tapping cycle.
